A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Elkton amending the construction and inspection fees required under the Code of the Town of Elkton, Title 15, Chapter 15.04; and establishing an application fee for variance, special exception and/or appeal as required by the Elkton Zoning Ordinance, Article I, Section 10.

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Commissioners adopted Resolution R5-2002, establishing fees relating to construction and inspection by the Town, as provided under the Code of the Town of Elkton, Title 15, Chapter 15.04; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Commissioners have determined that a fee shall be established and applicable to a person who submits an application for a variance, a special exception, or an appeal relating to the Elkton Zoning Ordinance; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Commissioners have further determined that all fees shall be adjusted to reflect the increasing cost to the Town for providing these services and that said adjustment shall be increased five percent (5%).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Commissioners shall hereby adopt the following fee schedule to be effective on July 1, 2003.
